Lend Your Voice for Health Care Reform!
Stand Up for Health Care is asking supporters of health reform to lend their voices to a new initiative that will merge your voices into a video. Once this video is completed you will be able to send it to your member of Congress!
It's easy to participate. Simply call the toll-free number below, record your message from the script provided and add any personal notes or stories you'd like to share.
It's up to you to speak out and let your Members of Congress know how important health reform is to you. Just pick up the phone and follow the steps below:

3.) After the instructions, recite the script below
4.) After completing the script if you'd like to add a personal note or story feel free to do so (this is optional)
5.) Upload a photo of yourself for us to use in the video to Congress using the form below. Your name will not appear anywhere with your picture (this is optional)
