For the past few months, our dedicated health care activists have been fighting hard against Republicans who wanted to cut Medicaid and Medicare as part of the super committee process. And thanks to your efforts, the super committee did NOT put forward a plan to cut health care! This is a huge victory, but it's not the end of the fight. Anti-health care Republicans will use upcoming budget battles to try and cut these vital programs. Together, we can and will continue to protect health care for seniors, kids, and people with disabilities - NOT tax giveaways to corporations and the super rich.
