Sit and spin: Republicans offer more of the same

Republicans in the House recently went to work writing health care reform legislation, even though the GOP leadership is playing ball with the Democrats crafting legislation. Why? Representative Richard Burr of North Carolina told reporters, "I think within two hours of seeing [the Democrats' plan,] we'll be able to tell people why it won't work."
