Live from the DNC

Greetings from Denver! Families USA has landed in the Mile High City to attend the 2008 Democratic National Convention. The city is buzzing with excitement as Democratic party leaders and enthusiasts convene to discuss critical issues facing the country.
We'll be updating the blog each day with news from the Convention.
Health care reform is a hot topic here, and is on the minds of delegates, caucus goers, and even Denver residents. As our staff explores the city, we've been stopped by café clerks, bus drivers and regular folks, who asked for one of our "Health Care First" buttons and who told us their health care stories. We are learning firsthand that health care is one of the top concerns of voters and party leaders, and we are more motivated than ever to achieve quality and affordable health care for all.
More updates from the field coming soon!
